Driving back from Maryland gives you time to think. Too much time!
To pass the hours, I attmpted to organize my thoughts regarding neighborhood association activities.
What we've done since our Jan meeting
- Fixed our bank account access. We have access to money again!
- I was able to get access to most of the association's tech (website, email, facebook, etc)
What I'd like to do in March
- Arrange details for our annual meeting in April
- Publish more to the website: 1 post per week is the goal
- Meet with non-profits operating in our neighborhood and write blog posts about them
- Work on arranging 1 event per weekend. E.g. meetup at Kaps,
- Instead of having to depend on emails with huge CC/BCC sections, encourage more use of the new discussion board: https://127tech.net/fwnabulletin/
