Hi All,

That seems like a lot of money for our meeting. Have other venues cost us, and if so, how much? Didn't know they were in our neighborhood. Things have change so much on San Pedro within our borders.

Hi All,

Just checked in with Dorothy Kerwin. We have never paid any money for our various meetings there. They have never charged us. Not sure about the ballroom. Guessing not. Many people have been forking out money for events, etc while our finances have been in disarray. I have not been able to ask for donations from business and residential members because I cannot tell them how/where to donate. Have we set up an online system for donations yet? I am concerned about our finances and members laying out money of their own without reimbursement. I am also concerned about a set up to advertise businesses in our neighborhood and people who have business in their homes. We used to do this and I was able to promise that to new members, now donators but have not been able to in a long time. I think that before we spend additional monies we need to have more structure in place.

I have magnets for businesses. Do we have money for our FWNA cards and magnets when we run out of them? This will be a problem for me if not.

I am sure there may be other concerns, so I look forward to hearing from more folks.

Hey Anita,
Thanks for taking the time to reply. There's a lot to be said and I think is best done in person. Let's try to talk soon.

Thanks,
Nick
